Wiggle Not Jiggle
We think wiggling's worth the effort Stury Girl Sports has designed the market's first band/cup-sized pullover, no hooks sports bra. Pullover bras provide the highest level of support and eliminate the potential of bra failure and rub that can come with hook and eye closure bras. Other pullover style bras are sized small, medium, large which do not fit a full-chested, narrower band figure. In order to achieve maximum support from a sports bra, you need a few key elements: a wide rib band, compressive, full-coverage fabrics, wide shoulder straps, an underlying encapsulated support infrastructure and a high-profile back design usually referred to as a racerback style. When you put all these elements together, you get a bra that holds your breasts very securely during exercise. Some sports bras achieve this design using hooks and closures or zippers. We have chosen not to because such fasteners can fail over time and also rub and abrade the skin. Our bras are designed as one fluid single piece. In fact, Sturdy Girl Sports bras are the only band/cup-sized, no hook, pullover style sports bras in the market (i.e. 32C, 34D, 36DD vs. small, medium large sizing). There is a trade-off for everything, however, and in this case the trade-off is wiggling the bra on and back off. To wear a Sturdy Girl Sports bra you'll need to master the wiggle maneuver. The wiggle maneuver: When putting on a Sturdy Girl Sports bra you may find that you need to pull it over one breast first and then the other. Or maybe partially over both breasts and then another wiggle and tug to get the bra completely over both breasts and settled comfortably onto your rib cage. This is normal. Once you've wiggled it on, you'll want to reach in and adjust your breasts on each side so they are facing forward and positioned in the center of the encapsulated, molded cups. Once you've done these two things, you are set to go for a major workout. The reverse wiggle maneuver: Taking a Sturdy Girl Sports bra back off is similar but in reverse. You may find you have to pull it up over one breast first and then the other before wiggling it off over your shoulders. Or you may find you have to pull it up over both breasts partially and then wiggle again to get it completely off both breasts before pulling it over your shoulders. The more you wear your Sturdy Girl Sports bra, the easier the wiggle maneuver will get. This is because you will become more familiar with the motion, and the bra will stretch slightly after a few uses and simply be easier to work with. Be sure you hang-dry your Sturdy Girl Sports bras whenever possible as this will ensure the elastics and Lycra® in the fabric maintain their stretch properties. We hear from so many women that they wear two sports bras to stop the jiggle. We are hoping you think it's worth the wiggle to stop the jiggle and simply wear one sports bra that requires a bit more effort. And we promise it gets easier the more you wear it!
